Just before Christmas my daughter needed to speak with a doctor due to fainting at a certain time of the month we called and was told they had no appointments left for that day it was 2 in the afternoon at this point and was told to call 111 which we did was on hold for a very long time wen we got through went through normal procedures and was told would get a call bk in 30 mins 2 hrs went by I had to call bk went through it all again finally spoke to a doc who sent us to a&e which was horrendous but she had lots of test ect and was told the medication she needs they don’t prescribe go bk to our gp to which I laughed .. tried to get app with our docs to be told by the receptionist you have another month so not an emergency each time we call can’t get an app because she’s not an emergency it’s disgusting the way it’s all been felt with if we spoke to the doctor 1st of we would never of had to waste hospital space and she would already have meds to prevent and further problems.
